So... to my resolution of losing my baby weight i have decided to post on Monday's about my weight loss... Im not going to post my weight but instead i am going to announce if i lost any weight for that week. So far i need to lose 26 pounds. Here is to week one of my journey...I started walking/running on saturday 4 miles.... ok most of that was walking but i haven't exercised since i was 18 and on the Northeast Soccer team... so i am going to start building up my stamina... slowly... Sunday i didn't do anything... monday 5 miles, today 5 miles. My mom and dad gave me a treadmill before i had Taylor... for some reason i thought the weight was going to magically disappear, i have always been small... boy was i wrong... i was a size 4 pre-taylor... i am currently a size 12 after taylor... so yeah... My parents knew i gained a lot of weight so they were there to help... Plus I'm sure my dad was thrilled to see that treadmill leave his house, it was always in the way! Of course me exercising means diet... I've never had to diet in my life... but lets just say i am doing a special K diet... see how it goes. For dinner i eat what i want in small portions.. as for snacks... i try not to eat any snacks but if i do... Laughing Cow cheese with wheat thins.. my friend Amy told me that it was healthy... so i am trusting her that they are!!! I'm not going to set an end date to when i need to lose this 26 pounds.. but lets just say that it took me 9 months to gain the weight... it just might take 9 months to lose the weight!!!

So this is me 55 pounds heavier about to POP with Taylor, 40 weeks Pregnant
