Is it Spring Yet?!?!

Last week we had beautiful weather... it was in the high 60s (of course right now the weather is dreary and i'm sure it will probably snow in march) So we took advantage of this beautiful weather and went outside and played! I took a few pictures of Taylor playing with leaves (her favorite) and she was going in and out of her car but she wouldn't press the button to go... she was scared!

Right now Taylor is not scared of the vacuum ... she likes to push the power button and chase it around the house as i vacuum the floors... soo for Christmas brandon got Taylor an old school toy vacuum that when you push it... it POPS... well she was FREAKED out by this toy... she would scream when we would play with it.. but out of no where while i was vacuuming she pulled it out of the closet and started to pretend to vacuum and now its her favorite toy to play with she pushes it all over the house :) She is so cute :) 

Hopefully it will start getting warm soon!!!

Happy Valentines Day!!!!

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy..... Chocolate Crunch Bar at 9pm at night... haha I made sure to brush her teeth before she went to bed! Brandon brought home a bunch of random chocolate for valentines and got these mini-crunch bars which i think Taylor got more on her face and hands then in her actual mouth.. she is so cute :)

Taylor will do the most random things..... i heard her baby doll going off (every time it moves it will talk, I think that is why she likes that doll so much, because it talks to her)...so I look down the hall and she has put her baby doll in her walker thing and pushing it around like a cart... it was sooo cute, she is growing up so fast, she picks up on everything...sometimes you will notice her pick up dirt from the floor and hand it to you and say "Caca" yes... that means Poop in spanish... MOM!!!! ( I will show you a mini video of her saying that.... you will have to turn your volume up to hear her)

Things are progressing with our new home!! We are looking at a closing date around March 15th... could be soon though! So exciting!!!! I talked to my dad today (he in in Afghanistan) and he said to be uploading more videos of Taylor... so this Video was taken a few weeks ago at Oma's and Opa's house, Taylor was showing McKenzie (her cousin) how to play with the toys on the walker...

The Next movie is a bit long.... Taylor will sometimes go to her room if she gets bored and start to read books (i emptied her bottom dresser drawer and just put books in there because she used to take her p.j.s and scatter them all over the house) she was reading by herself in this movie... Ricky got taylor a little dog that says her name for Christmas and like two months later my mom got her the same dog so when i was programing this dog to say "aubelita" or "lita" it couldn't... so it says "Ana" haha. At the very end mom surprised me with Birthday flowers & cake... and the balloon was for taylor (its still in the living room tied to a baby doll...lol) P.S. Ricky Taylor is wearing the London shirt you got her from England! Its still big... but she will defiantly grow into it!

Terrible Twos?...... More like Terrible 16 month old...

The past few days has been something like this.... (she even has her sleeves rolled up like she is going to hurt you!)

Just tell Taylor "No" and this is the look she will give you... then she will start to whine and eventually cry... i don't know what is wrong with her, why she is getting so upset lately... i suppose it could be many things!! She has 4 teeth coming though all at the same time.... We just started going to the YMCA last week and she has been in the children's area for about an hour or so and she must of picked up a cold from there (or the Tennessee weather!) but she is congested and has been coughing as well.. so overall she has been pretty moody these past few days! OR maybe she is just moody with me... haha.. she went to Oma & Opa's house on Friday and had a sleep over and they said she was fine, then my mom watched her saturday (so i could catch up on my sewing) and my mom said she was fine too... so maybe its just me... haha i don't know.

On a better note, Taylor is absolutely in LOVE with brushing her hair, dogs hair, anyone's hair... she LOVES the Hair dryer too!! here are a few pictures of that!

a little behind....

I am a little behind on this blog, haven't written a post in a while! little posh bebe has been keeping me pretty busy! Taylor has also been keeping me on my toes as well... she is all over the place!! In the last post i said that Brandon was promoted to General Manager at Ruby Tuesdays, we are so proud of him... he has been wanting to be a general manager since i first met him at Hooters. I am so proud of him that he has accomplished this step in his life. The Regional Manager (Brandon's Boss) had a meeting with Brandon when he first got promoted (this guy is new to the area too, new hire!) so they are pretty pumped about getting everything in order... Brandon told me that they were talking and the regional manager asked Brandon if he is happy and this is where he wants to be...ect.. and Brandon said something along the lines of "no, not really" and the general manger asked why... and Brandon responded with "I plan on having your job in the future." hahahaha... i just laughed, but that is what i like to hear... always having drive to get somewhere better in life... everything takes work (unfortunately)... and life wouldn't be interesting if everything was given to us (always makes it easier though! LOL).... so here is to 2011 of more accomplishments!!! Congrats Babe!! We love you so much and we are so very proud of you!!!!!

Taylor and I decorated our living room while he was at his first day at work... Brandon asked me if Taylor helped with the banner... um, no meaney... that was all me and my horrible art skills... Hahaha
