no more downward dogs!

Well tonight Brandon and I were suppose to do the arms, back, and abs... well we do not have any weights... i have some small ones that i use.. but he does not, so we skipped that video and went to yoga and tomorrow we will probably go to Play it again sports to find some weights for him to use. The next video was YOGA... omg... it was an hour and 20 min.. we got through 30min and we said that is enough... i was curious when he was going to stop with the downward dog and i forgot the other one he made us do over and over and over... my fingers actually hurt as i type this, my body is sore all over... but this is only day 3 of P90X and i have a lot more videos to go!!
The other day i went to Nashville to hang out with Miriah and Lulu, I just love going to Nashville and being able to go to new places i have never been... we went to the factory at franklin it has a bunch of cute shops inside this place and this huge rocking chair that i wanted to get a picture of me and Taylor.


Um.. if you notice in this photo i missed the memo about wearing all white... haha, i did not plan for taylor to match them... but it was too cute, we went out to eat at this Irish Pub in Franklin :)


Lulu wanted to push Taylor around in her stroller it was too precious, Miriah i think lulu wants a baby sister/brother! haha Just Kidding!!!



It was such a fun day in Nashville, I wish clarksville had more things to do :) Good thing Nashville is only an hour away.... if only this heat would cool off... we ended up in an Irish pub because it was so hot out that we just walked into the first place we saw... but the food was great!

I have so much more to blog about and more pictures, but its 11pm and i am about to crash... good night!

P90X....ouch!

Yes, since February i have fallen off the wagon to my weight loss goal... Since i had Taylor 9 months ago i had to lose 25 pounds to be back to my pre-pregancy body... well i got 20 pounds to go!!!!! HAHA i pick up a hobby and every free moment i had i spent it working on my little shop Little Posh Bebe. Well things are going to change because i hate my body and i hate that i am a size LARGE... some people might feel comfortable in that size, and i am not putting anyone down that wears that size... its just not me. So i am going to go slow down with Little Posh Bebe and get back on the wagon with P90X to lose these 20 pounds in 90 days.. I am on day 2 of this challenge and seriously i don't want to get out of bed!!!!! My body is super sore! Tonight i did the "Cardio X" and i have never sweat so much in my life, well other than soccer practice... but yeah its that bad, everything hurts but in a strange way the burn kinda felt good when i was working out.. but now that i am laying in bed with my T.V. and Laptop... the burn sucks and i don't want to move for anything. I am suppose to take a "before" picture of my body, which i did, and nobody is EVER allowed to see that photo, unless i have results and end up with the body of Heidi Klum, then you can see my before photo!! I have many photos to upload.. but i don't want to get out of bed to grab my camera... sorry until tomorrow :) Hope everyone had a great night!

My little Crawler....

I took this video a few days ago of Taylor first starting to army crawl.... She is 10 times faster today. She will not lift her belly off the floor but she gets to where she needs to go! I'm sorry i used my camera to camcorder this and i was holding it sideways...woops. She LOVES Cheerios, if you couldn't tell from this video... she takes an entire handful and puts it in her mouth... she is crazy, she only has 5 teeth!









Yesterday Taylor and I went to Nashville to hang out with Miriah and Lulu... we went to lunch to this place called Urban Flats, never been there before but there pizzia was YUMMY!! I only like pepperoni on my pizza and this place had super flat bread which was great! Taylor was an angel the entire day!!! Except on the way home..ugh... i really need to invest in that DVD Player Baby Einstein would have saved my sanity in the car!!! Lulu was too cute, she seemed shy.. i think only because she didn't know me or Taylor...Yet, but Miriah and Jessica say she is so NOT shy... hahaha... We came over and she insisted on wearing her princess dress... oh how i wish i could be 3 again... no worries... just playing princesses!!! I had to take a photo of Lulu at Pottery Barn Kids because i thought this was the cutest thing... as we walked in Lulu saw a stroller (they have toys out at Pottery Barn Kids) and she immediately put "Tasha" her yellow stuffed animal in the stroller and was shopping and pushing her around... i just thought that was too cute!!

Oh, and Taylor has sat up by herself 3 times now!!!! She is growing up.... :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE her sooooo much!!!!!!!

My Mac is Dying!

My MacBook is almost 2 years old... and now i have to be permanently attached to a wall because once i take my power cord out, my MacBook dies.... Its fine with me, i love my MacBook and the battery is probably fried because i am always on my computer! I suppose i will do somehting about it when my power cord no longer works... BTW, i saw Taylor chewing on my Mac power cord!!! She is like a puppy... she chews on EVERYTHING.. puts anything and everything in her mouth! Don't mind me, i am just venting a tiny bit... she has been out of control these past few days, I'm not sure what is her deal, might be the teeth... or she might be possessed, not really sure... but for example she slept in today till 8:45am.. that never happens she is usually up with the birds. Sooo she screamed the entire afternoon, had one nap... and screamed the entire evening. I think because she usually wakes up at 7am that her body schedule was off... so she was a terror. We did go to the post office today (anyone know the best time to go to the post office? last two times ive been its been line out the door!) Taylor was so good at the post office she was talking to this guy behind me, i think she does better out of the Apartment... but its 100 degrees outside not all about walks and parks until fall. Can't really go anywhere because its like a million dollars to fill up my suv... J/K but it feels like that.

This is Taylor watching Baby Einstein, sitting on her cool new toy :) it opens up so she can walk with it (kinda like a "walker") Thanks mom :) .... She can sit on it and push it backwards but i have to watch her because she slides off when she grabs a toy... when she walks she steps on the toy right now she is all out of balance, i think in another month or two :)

Imagination...

It is amazing what kids will believe.... i think its wonderful that family and friends help their kids have an imagination to believe in the little things such as santa, easter bunny... and even the tooth fairy... I look forward to when Taylor asks about Santa!! Why i bring this up? I just found the cutest idea online its called the fairy door... someone hand makes these doors for your child so when they loose a tooth you can tell them about the tooth fairy... hahaha. I think things like this are special and even though adults know the real secret... until then, it's great to share little moments while they still believe :)



Taylor will be a year old in like less than 3 months... i have to get to planning her Birthday Party! YAY!!!

9 month Check up!!!

So finally we made it to Taylor's 9 month checkup appointment a few days ago and she is in the 98% percentile for height (go figure, i am 5'8 and her daddy is 6'0) and she is in 75% percentile for weight... she is 21 pounds. Tall and skinny, but she eats like crazy!! She LOVES food! shredded chicken is her favorite so far. We are going to be experimenting with more different food, so stay tuned! Taylor and I went to dinner at my parents house and they were eating chicken and mash potatoes... i looked at her step 3 food and thought she probably hates this stuff.. and my dad said give her chicken and mash potatoes... she eats saltine cracks and cheerios she can defiantly eat this!

Now that Taylor can roll to everything or shift her bottom to where she needs to go, she is pulling on all the cabinets and pulling stuff out... also tipping over my vase that has flower decorations in them... good thing they are super light! yesterday Taylor was pulling stuff out of our bedroom entertainment center while i was blow drying my hair... i think she was trying to tell me something.... then she started to chew on the cabinet she is like a little puppy.



Today we (Brandon, Taylor and Oma!) went to Hancock of Paducah that place is AMAZING... there is so much fabric, actually it was very overwhelming because there was so much of it... i got a few pieces that i am going to start making baby clothes.. but i need to actually have a list of what i am looking for, because i look like a kid in the candy store with no idea what i want! haha! I found this really cute "Madonna" vintage tee at Target for 6.00 and thought it was so cute, it match her little black and white damask shoes i made for her... then brandon was like she looks kinda of punk, lets mow hawk her hair, he did it.. i wanted a bow, and he put some gel in her hair and everyone thought she was a boy when we went out... this is a picture of Oma and Taylor before we left for Paducah

Green Hills Trip!

The day before Brandon left for Bowling Green we decided to go to Nashville to the Green Hills mall to go to the Cheesecake Factory! YUM! Taylor had her first taste of cheese cake with whip cream there... there cheesecake taste like whip cream its so soft! Lord, i should not even be eating cheese cake!!! We walked around this mall... seriously this mall is ridiculous, they have just about every expensive store you can image... Louis Vuitton...haha we walked in there and you know the merchandise is expensive when they don't put the price tags on the items!! Of course we hurried and walked right out, Im not going to lie... i would die if i had one of those purses!! But i couldn't justify spending 1,000 bucks on one!!! All you mom's out there, don't you just love it when random people tell you how cute your child is??? Um, i do... except when random strangers go on and on.. and say stuff like "I just want to steal your baby and take her home with me" This is 2010... shouldn't say stuff like that... CREEPY. ANYWAYS... We went to Pottery Barn and found this rocker that was the shape of a sheep.. OMG it was so precious and Taylor was apprehensive about it at first, then she warmed up and loved it.

We had such a fun day of just walking around Green Hills.... on our way home we stopped by Rivergate to see Kyle, we had like 45 min to waste before he got to work, so we stopped into American Signature Furniture to see if we could find any bed frames for our room.... but of course we went to the kid section, haha.. and found this beautiful canopy bed, when i was little i used to have a cream canopy bed... i thought it was the coolest bed ever!




OH, Taylor's Doctor appointment was reschedule for the 14th... apparently our appt was on Thursday NOT Friday... i think it was there fault because Brandon told them that we could make it friday... whatever, so it got reschedule. I am curious to know what her percentile is for 9 months!!!
